I'm In Control
Believe me when I tell you, I KNOW what hardship and pain feel like!

I know what it's like to feel as though life is spinning out of control while you're stuck in the passenger seat of a car nobody knows how to drive. One problem after another, and no matter how hard you try, NOTHING seems to work!

And let's talk about feeling misunderstood! Especially when you weren't raised with the guidance, support, or tools necessary to navigate life. Some of us weren't taught how to succeed. We were too busy learning how to survive!

Now, make that make sense!

But here's what I've learned: Just because survival is how your story started doesn't mean that's how it has to end!

Sound familiar? If so, are you ready to hear me out?

I'm In Control
Let’s talk
Let's talk about FOUNDATION!

Every one of us starts life with a foundation, whether it comes from our parents, grandparents, or the people who raised us. Those early lessons help shape our character, beliefs, decisions, and even how we define success.

But here's the thing! The people who raised us could only teach us what THEY knew! And while their intentions may have been good, their knowledge and experiences had limitations.

At some point, we have to learn to divorce outdated thinking, embrace new perspectives, and hold on to the values that still serve us.

That's called GROWTH!

And sometimes, having a life coach can help you sort through those beliefs, recognize what's holding you back, and start making decisions that align with the life YOU want to live.

Remember, you can appreciate the foundation you were given without allowing it to become the ceiling on your future!
It's Time:
.Time to Build onto your Foundation
.Understand you have a choice
.Understand there is more than one way to skin a cat

About Me

Peirrce “Peach” McCoy
Founder • CEO • Executive Director • Producer • Community Advocate

I’m Peirrce “Peach” McCoy, but most people simply call me Peach. I’m an entrepreneur, nonprofit founder, media creator, producer, host, and community advocate. At the center of everything I do is one belief: if the space you need doesn’t exist, sometimes you have to have the courage to build it yourself.

My entrepreneurial journey didn’t begin in a boardroom. It started with life. Growing up in East Orange, New Jersey, I watched my grandparents find creative ways to make money and provide for their family. They sold food, babysat, sold clothing from a van, and even picked up groceries for people long before services like that became an industry. I didn’t have the language for entrepreneurship back then, but I was watching entrepreneurship in real time. That hustle stayed with me.

In 2017, I stepped into media and entrepreneurship by creating what would eventually grow into Peach Ent Media Group. What started as an idea became a platform where I could create, host, produce, and develop original conversations around business, culture, relationships, personal growth, entertainment, and real life. Media gave me something powerful: the ability to create my own table instead of waiting for somebody to offer me a seat at theirs.

In 2020, I founded I Am Me Inc., an LGBTQ+ nonprofit built around connection, education, visibility, resources, and community. As the organization has evolved, so has the vision. Today, that work includes INBLK, an initiative focused on increasing awareness and visibility surrounding Black LGBTQ+ experiences while encouraging networking, collaboration, and support for community members, businesses, organizations, and creators. We are also expanding the vision through I Am Me Inc. Philly, continuing the original mission while creating new opportunities for connection.

Then in 2022, I founded House of Peach Inc. My vision was deeply personal. I wanted to create something for women, particularly women with entrepreneurial dreams who may not always have access to the mentorship, resources, professional networks, or sisterhood they need. Through H.O.P. The Series, Queens, Boss Ladies Lounge, entrepreneurial education, history, and community programming, I want women to understand that their ideas deserve more than applause. They deserve strategy, resources, exposure, and an opportunity to grow.

All of these pieces may look different from the outside, but to me, they are connected. Peach Ent is my creativity. I Am Me Inc. is my advocacy. House of Peach is my empowerment work. And Peach CEO represents the mindset behind all of it.

I believe in becoming the CEO of your own life. That doesn’t mean having all the answers or getting every decision right. It means recognizing that your life requires vision, planning, investment, accountability, and sometimes a complete restructuring. You can change direction. You can outgrow an old version of yourself. You can build something new. And you do not need everybody else to understand your vision before you start working on it.

I’m not interested in building just to say I built something. I want what I create to mean something. I want to build brands that have purpose, organizations that serve people, platforms that amplify voices, and opportunities that can continue long after the cameras turn off.
I’m Peirrce “Peach” McCoy.

I’m a founder. I’m a CEO. I’m a producer. I’m an entrepreneur. I’m a community builder.
And most importantly, I’m still building.

PEACH CEO
Building brands. Building platforms. Building community. Becoming the CEO of my life.
